We usually proceed shipment within two business day after the payment is cleared. The payment date are based on the instant payment or cleared payment. No shipment will be arranged for all pending payment transactions. All orders are shipped via eExpress/Registered airmail with tracking source. Delivery takes within 3-10 business days for all countries in Asia, 5-12 business days for other major countries such as Australia, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States of America. Shipment will takes a bit long (average 10 to 20 business days) for the other countries in Europe.
All return item(s) must be packed in its original condition without custom engraving or broken, within 3 days of the date delivery. The item(s) returned must be received in its original condition with the Order Confirmation Sheet (print out from the email). We recommend shipping item(s) for return via registered mail with tracking source. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Once we received your returned item(s) and it is accepted for return, your refund or new item(s) will be processed within two business days.
